It's Time to Play the Music

When Baby Susan wasn't quite a baby but not quite grown, we loved to watch The Muppet Show on Saturday afternoons.  She liked it and it had enough "grown-up" jokes that Danny Dearest and I could enjoy it also.

We loved the dancing chickens...

The Swedish chef...

And, a particular favorite of mine, the old men.

We were a sad little family when production was halted on The Muppet Show.  And, while we enjoyed the various muppet movies that were produced, none of them seem to have the charm and humor of The Muppet Show.

So I was extremely excited to read that at Thanksgiving an new The Muppets is being released!

And by looking at the trailer it looks as if they are bringing the old muppets back. 

It's time to play the music.

It's time to light the lights.

It's time to meet the muppets...

I can't wait.
